PURPOSE: A method for generating internet personal broadcasting stations is provided to automatically generate the internet personal broadcasting stations, and to supply a retrieved internet personal broadcasting station only to a user, by retrieving the internet personal broadcasting station giving a live broadcast in real time in a communications system. CONSTITUTION: A method for automatically generating internet personal broadcasting station and for retrieving a live broadcast in a communications system, comprises the steps of: making a founder requiring an internet personal broadcasting station connect to a web server, and input concise information on an internet live broadcast homepage, then making the web server automatically build the internet live broadcast homepage according to the founder's request for setting up the internet live broadcast homepage, and storing an internet protocol(IP) address of the founder's terminal and the concise information in a database; making the founder receive downloaded a personal webcam broadcast program from the web server; making the founder perform the personal webcam broadcast program to start a broadcast; making the web server transmit hypertext mark up language(HTML) documents for transmitting images to the viewers from the founder's IP address to the viewers, according as the viewers connect to the web server to select the internet live broadcast homepage.
