METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF CDK6/P16 COMPLEX USING INSECT CELL

Purpose: providing a kind of method for manufacturing CDK6/P16 complexs, indicates CDK6 and P16 simultaneously in insect cell using recombinant baculovirus. Construction: the recombinant baculovirus including histidine tag CDK6 genes is used for the expression of CDK6 protein. It include that the recombinant baculovirus of P6 genes is used for the expression of protein P16 with/without histidine-label. Two recombinant baculovirus are infected simultaneously into insect cell. After CDK6 and P16 is expressed in insect cell simultaneously, the complex of CDK6/P16 is obtained by cytolytic chromatography.
