PURPOSE: A call processing method for public opinion census service in intelligent network is provided to investigate automatically public opinion for all subscribers within designated groups. CONSTITUTION: A call processing method for public opinion census service in intelligent network comprises the following steps. A service subscriber requests a public opinion census to a service control system. The service control system transmits the subscriber's number to a service switching system and requests a receipt to the service switching system. The service switching system sends a response for the receipt to the service control system. The service system is connected to an intelligent information system. A bearer channel is set up between a first relay and a second relay. Digit information received from the subscriber's terminal is transmitted and stored to the service control system. The service control system is disconnected to the subscriber's terminal. The information about the public opinion is obtained from stored information.
