SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INTERWORKING INTERNET AND NEXT GENERATION INTELLIGENT NETWORK

PURPOSE: A system and a method for interworking an internet and a next generation intelligent network are provided to supply various services of the next generation intelligent network to an internet subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A system for interworking internet and the next generation intelligent network comprises an internet-next generation intelligent network bearer gateway(201). The internet-next generation intelligent network bearer gateway interfaces a service switching system(203) and an integrated service digital network user part of the next generation intelligent network or an internet host(202) and a LAN of the internet. The internet-next generation intelligent network bearer gateway converts a service packet provided from the service switching system of the next generation intelligent network to a protocol and provides the protocol to the internet host.
