DATA REFRESH INPUT DEVICE FOR PREVENTING ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION

PURPOSE: A data input refresh device is provided to prevent the power consumption in an input buffer during refresh operation by preparing a control signal between an inner RAS generation output terminal and the input buffer with the inner RAS. CONSTITUTION: In inputting a refresh command, a second RAS is enabled and an inner RAS signal is enabled by an inner RAS generator. A buffer enable signal is disabled to control the input buffer by an input buffer controller. Signals delayed by a first and a second delay units(3-1,4-1) enable an inner precharge signal to finish a refresh operation by NAND-operating. Herein, A buffer enable signal is maintained in a disabled state until the refresh is finished. Thereby, the power consumption generated in the address input buffer during the refresh operation is prevented.
