PURPOSE: An apparatus for improving concentration of study in television with a brain wave control capability and a method thereof are provided to display message corresponding to various brain waves. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for improving concentration of study in television with a brain wave control capability includes a brain data storage(15), a brain sound processor(16), an audio synthesis/amplifier(8A), a transmitter(22), an image brain data storage(17), an image brain data processor(7), and an image synthesizer(21). The brain data storage(15) stores audio data corresponding to each brain wave frequency. The brain sound processor(16) processes audio data corresponding each of the brain wave frequency. The audio synthesis/amplifier(8A) deals with the output of the processor(16). The transmitter(22) outputs the brain wave sound data to a wireless headphone. The image brain data storage(17) stores image brain wave data. The operation of the image brain data processor(7) and the image synthesizer(21) are similar to those of corresponding devices for audio signals.
