COMPOSITION FOR TRANSDERMAL ADMINISTRATION CONTAINING ANTI-INFLAMMATORY COMPONENTS AND A MATRIX TYPE OF TRANSDERMAL PATCH

PURPOSE: A composition for transdermal administration containing anti-inflammatory components and a matrix type of transdermal patch are provided for improving solubility of anti-inflammatory agents and effective transferring the agents. CONSTITUTION: A composition for transdermal administration comprises anti-inflammatory components such as phenylpropionic acid derivatives, oxycam derivatives, and indomethacin, aceclofenac, and diclofenac in the range from 0.1 to 30 wt%; trometamine as a solubilizing agent in the range from 0.04 to 12 wt%; mixture of one or more selected from polyvalent alcohol, polar nonprotonic solvent and surfactant as a subsidiary solubilizing agent in the range from 0.5 to 30 wt%; fatty acid, fatty acid derivatives or mixture thereof as an adsorption-activating agent ranging from 0.1 to 20 wt%; sticky polymers ranging from 30 to 90 wt%; and density increasing agents ranging from 0.5 to 30 wt%. The matrix type of transdermal patch consists of outer layer, sticky agent layer, inner layer, matrix layer containing the anti-inflammatory components, and separation layer.
