PURPOSE: An input circuit, an output circuit, and an input/output circuit, and a signal transferring system using the input/output circuit are provided to output an estimation signal based on a control signal. CONSTITUTION: An input circuit includes an output node(12A) as well as an input node(14A). The output node of the output circuit(12A) is supplied on the input circuit and output circuit as a high impedance state. The input circuit supplies the input circuit a power so as to operate the input circuit. The input circuit according to the present invention supplies high power to the output circuit to operate the output circuit when a control signal is not applied on either of the input circuit and the output circuit. The estimation signal of the output circuit is generated from an OR circuit(45).
