Method of making grouting materials to be poured into lining rear cavity of tunnel

PURPOSE: A preparation method of a grouting material for the back hollow of lining of a tunnel is provided which satisfies the standard of the grouting material as a cement mixed paste exhibiting a strength of 38.4 kg/cm¬2 higher than 10 kg/cm¬2 that is the standard strength of a backfill grouting agent shown in tunnel specifications, and minimizes a bleeding rate due to the optimal combination ratio. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of a grouting material for the back hollow of lining of a tunnel comprises blending 320 kg/m¬3 of cement, 420 kg/m¬3 of fly ash, 101 kg/m¬3 of bentonite and 672 kg/m¬3 of water, wherein the weight ratio of cement : fly ash : bentonite is 38 : 50 : 12 and the weight ratio of the blend materials : water is 1 : 0.65 - 0.85. The prepared backfill grouting material with high quality is efficiently used in the increasing tunnel constructions and repair works of superannuated tunnels.
