PURPOSE: A method for performing a conditional purchase exchanging contract system is provided to vitalize transactions between business people by connecting the business people through mutual contracts with the conditional purchase exchanging contract system on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A method for performing a conditional purchase exchanging contract system comprises the steps of: dividing purchasing business people according to sales fields; dividing the business people according to areas; agreeing electronic contracts; and connecting the purchasing business people with selling business people according to areas.
