PURPOSE: A foreign language learning system using an internet(PC network) is provided for easily studying a foreign language. CONSTITUTION: A foreign language learning service according to the present invention may be implemented by a personal computer(PC), a mobile communication terminal(26) using a mobile communication network, and a fixed terminal(29) such as a public telephone network. Among these elements, the mobile communication network may be the most effective method. A service using the internet network may be significantly advanced when the internet is developed to the stage of a mobile network environment. In the present invention, there are provided an INTER FLL foreign language service center(11) which is a foreign conversation service center, an INTE FLL conversation service server(12) which is a foreign conversation service server, an INTER FLL member information database(13) which is a database and an INTER FLL learning content database.
