PURPOSE: A method for constructing free book reading site by using advertisement on Internet is provided to read a book on Internet without fee by Internet user, obtain satisfactory advertise efficiency by an advertiser, and do an author suitable treatment. A book is selected according to the hope of the visitor(S650). The contents of an advertisement and the book read from the storage unit are visually and auditorily displayed in a web screen(S690). The contracted sum of money in the advertisement commission displayed the web page is accumulated to an author(S740).
