PURPOSE: A handy water level measurement and warning apparatus is provided to schematically check a rainfall and water level increasing on the ground by using a water tub attached with electrode plates, thereby taking a proper measure for dangerous situation due to a sudden change of weather. CONSTITUTION: A handy water level measurement and warning apparatus includes a main body made of synthetic resin and mounted with a horizontal meter(1), and a water tub(3) penetrating a bottom discharge hole(4) and attached with electrodes(2.2') at both sides inside, the water tub having a narrow lower part and a wide upper part, an opening and closing plate axially mounted with a rotation lever(5) protruded on a first surface of the main body, supporting shafts(7,7') movable via hinge parts(6,6') formed on bottom corner parts of the main body, electrode plates(8,8') attached to the supporting shafts for facing to each other at an upper part in the supporting shafts, and a control element mounted in the main body and connected to a speaker(9) attached at one side of the main body, the electrodes and the electrode plates.
