PURPOSE: A security investment decision-making system using the internet and a method thereby are provided to prevent the investment loss of general investors by increasing screening and analytic ability for security information through real-time information sharing and investment consultation between a security transaction relevant special group and general investors. CONSTITUTION: A server(100) supporting security transaction order connected to a common network(100) comprises a connection unit(110), an interface unit(120), a recording media unit(130) and a database unit(140). The connection unit(110) comprises a modem or telephone connection adaptor to connect the server(100) to the common network(100). The interface unit(120) outputs data inputted through the connection unit(110) to a monitor or a keyboard. The recording media unit(130) comprises a recording media, such as a hard disk, a CD-ROM drive, etc., wherein programs necessary for the operation of the server are recorded(100). The database(140) provides data necessary for an external accessing person under the control of the recording media unit(130).
