PURPOSE: An apparatus helping circulation of blood is provided, which uses resilient materials to massage parts of body of an user automatically, helps circulation of blood and has an effect on losing weight. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for improving circulation of blood has a semicircular elastic material(1) like a rubber, projections(2) on the rubber and air holes(9) for ventilation between the projections. The elastic material becomes narrower with the projections if the parts of a body are closed to the material or returns. A spring(3) can be added for an easy return to the original condition. The circulation of blood helping apparatus is applied to a back and a seat of a chair to massage around the hips, the back and the inside of a thigh of the body.
