PURPOSE: A growing control method and device by near-root-part cooling and heating in a culture fluid cultivation are provided to keep temperature and air proper for a growing environment by controlling temperature near the root by spouting cool air or heat air to directly provide the air to the plants. CONSTITUTION: A growing control method and device by near-root-part cooling and heating in a culture fluid cultivation comprise a culture fluid cultivating container having nurture and a fluid supplying pipe; an electric heat fluid temperature converter to cool or heat air; an air compressor to compress air to supply it to the temperature converter for supplying the air to the near-root-part; an air supplying pipe to be a path of the cool or heat air; a first and a second vent insulating layers as the culture fluid paths not to touch the air to the near-root directly; a ventilating near-penetrating block film as the culture fluid path to limit the growing of the root to lower sides; a path member of a corrugated cardboard to circulate the air smoothly; a temperature sensor to sense the temperature of the near-root-part; and a cover to cover the top of the culture fluid cultivating container.
