PURPOSE: A method for reducing the protruded scar or part of the skin is provided which reduces the degree of the protrusion of the skin without side effect through the simple pressure. CONSTITUTION: A method of reducing the protruded scar or part of the skin is characterized by being comprised of: placing a spongy or a cotton cloth(3) onto the skin for reducing pain, and helping the sweat discharged well; placing a plastic or solid material(2) onto the cotton cloth(3); and fixing with a band(1) or an elastic band around the same.
