PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for producing aggregates by recycling of waste telegraph poles and concrete products therefrom are provided, which has good workability and consistency for use in anchor block. CONSTITUTION: Waste concrete telegraph poles or waste anchor blocks are piled up out in the open by assortment and standard. Using a breaker crushes the piled up waste concrete telegraph poles and the waste anchor blocks at a first crushing step for assorting reinforcement in the waste aggregates and the waste telegraph poles. And the waste aggregates are assorted and reproduced into fine aggregates and coarse aggregates by a second crushing of the waste aggregates. The reproduced anchor blocks by reusing the waste telegraph poles are mixed with cement, the reproduced fine aggregates and the reproduced coarse aggregates are mixed in a ratio of 300:400:900. And 18.3 part by weight of water and 100 part by weight of cement are added to the mixture.
