PURPOSE: A profit making method based on a job offer and search using a question and answer is provided for developing a question and answer system on the internet and providing a certain score to a corresponding user for thereby making a profit by providing a corresponding score-based information to a job offer company. CONSTITUTION: A system capable of providing a categorized question and answer(SAP, Oracle...) and valid information on the internet is built. If a system user has a certain question, the user asks a question. Another system user checks the question and answers the question if possible. The user who asked the question checks the answer with respect to his question, and gives a certain score to the answer. When a certain user wants to provide a material and inputs the material into a material room. Another user checks the materials and gives a certain score to the material.
