PURPOSE: A system and method for managing an internet family community is provided for enhancing a family relationship between relatives by maintaining a good relationship between relatives using the internet. CONSTITUTION: An operation system includes a web server apparatus(50) for providing a web hosting and site construction service, an e-mail address account function, a group-based database operation and communication, and a search function between the groups, a user management database(70) for managing a personal information connected with the web server apparatus(50) based on a user interface(60), and a main server(80) for managing a personal information connected with a wire-based or wireless data communication network(40). The web server apparatus(50) includes at least one of the family group databases(90¯94) for managing a personal information based on a corresponding group by separating a family group formed of personals from other family group.
