A propriety valuation workstation(705) searches similar idea when a business idea is registered on an internet, judges a priority through a candidate item parsing, estimates a capacity of a founder and a marketability, and parses a technical propriety. An invested capital management workstation(706) is interconnected with internal and external element decision-making supporting modules, prepares financial statements, capital supply and management time schedule, investigates borrowed money repayment capacity, and parses the break-even point. A management supporting server(707) collects investor option through an information provision so as to be operated at a management and an investing capital management in real time.
