PURPOSE: An execution method of a pipeline valve room and a wall structure of a valve room are provided, which reduce the period of execution and prevent a water leakage. CONSTITUTION: An execution method of a pipeline valve room comprises the steps of; hardening the bottom of underground space; forming a block layer (26) by covering regular-shaped blocks on the bottom of underground space; constructing a lower frame (22) along a pipeline from both sides of a valve room (1); inputting a corresponding upper frame (23) to a lower frame (22) on the upper part of a valve room (1); installing a steel unit (10) on the upper side of a valve room (1) and a steel unit cover (11). A wall structure comprises; a semicircular flange (10); a circular lower frame (22) on the upside part; an upper frame (23) composed of a circular frame (21A) corresponding to a circular flange (21) of a lower frame (22) and a semicircular frame (20A) along the base plane and forms the superstructure of a valve room (1) by opening the lower part and the upper plane; and is formed by assembling each flange (20)(20A)(21)(21A) of an upper and lower frame (22)(23).
