摘要

PURPOSE: A compound panel for large water tank and a manufacturing method for large water tank using the compound panel are provided to improve the strength of structure and the thermal insulation performance, so that the safekeeping of light water and the manufacture of large water tank can be possible. CONSTITUTION: The compound panel for large water tank comprises a gusset-plate(11), an inside and outside insulating layer(12)(13) which is made up of insulating material and shield the inside and outside of a gusset plate at regular section thickness. The manufacturing method for a large water tank using compound panel comprises the steps of; latticing the fixing member(110) to make horizontal assembling space in the lowermost floor; forming the slab part by inserting the compound panels in the horizontal assembling space; assembling the fixing members to make vertical assembling space around the slab part at regular intervals; forming the square wall part(200) by inserting the compound panels in the vertical assembling space; latticing the fixing members(310)to make horizontal assembling space in the upside of wall part; forming an upper plate part(300) by inserting the compound panels in the assembling space.
