3 3 Supplying method of real road information in 3D GIS and its device and electronic commerce method by 3D GIS

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method of providing actual distance information is provided to supply 3D geography data by VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language) processing geography data such as DEM(Digital Elevation Model) used in 2D GIS. CONSTITUTION: A 3D GIS engine(40) realizes 3D images by a virtual reality method on the basis of 2D geography information data base. A 3D GIS data base server(42) stores the 3D images realized by the VR method. Membership management is carried out in a membership management server(16) using 3D GIS. Membership information is stored in a membership data base server(18). A local information server(20) establishes and stores information based on cities, provinces and counties or special areas, and provides the stored information. A video image server(22) provides video images or static images.
