PURPOSE: A system is provided to exempt from answering telephone, fax and e-mail after a trading of a product or service is completed by discriminating the product or service with its reference identifier. CONSTITUTION: Each of products or services to be sold are attached with their own reference identifiers by using coding, product numbering or product classification. A server connects buyers and sellers. When the product is sold, the seller can input an information notifying that the product is sold. Then, the server does not connect telephone, fax and e-mail to the seller. Buyers need not unnecessarily contact the seller since the server connects the buyers to the seller when there are some product left to be sold.
