A manpower intermediate server(20) manages a job offering company(30) on the internet. A corresponding manpower intermediate server(20) evaluates a capacity of a job hunter based on an inquiry concerning a detailed evaluation item(human relationship, job adaptability, social relationship, professional knowledge, real working capacity), so that a corresponding job hunter(10) and a job offering company(30) receive a customized job offering/hunting intermediate service of the manpower intermediate server(20) on the internet.
