The present invention provides a water solution using aluminum salt in the presence of Humicola, Candida antarctica, Pseudomonas, Chromobacterium or Aspergillus at pH 3-7. -A hydrolysis method of an insoluble ester, in particular a hydrolysis method of a resin present in the pulp. The present invention also provides a method of increasing the rate of hydrolysis of water-insoluble esters by adding aluminum salts in the presence of such lipases. The addition of aluminum salts significantly increases the rate of hydrolysis of the ester in the presence of the lipase. It is disclosed that a strong increase in fat hydrolysis (increasing hydrolysis from about 50% to about 87%) occurs at 10 μΜ A +++ .
