The present invention relates to a real-time simulator and simulation modeling method of an automatic sheet thickness control apparatus of a rolling process based on a real-time object-oriented model. The present invention divides a simulation model from a system model into a rolling real-time object (RTO) and a rolling control RTO from one real-time object, and the rolled RTO is again a pay-off reel (POR), tension reel (TR) and multiple operations. The rolling process simulation modeling method which divides into the RTO of the roll WR, and divides the rolling control RTO into the several automatic sheet thickness controller (AGC) RTO, and the speed controller (SC) RTO is provided. The simulation also creates a communication channel between the RTO's method and the RTO, and each RTO's time-driven method (SpM) reads the rolling process parameters and compares it to the simulation target until a close value is reached. After the rolling process parameters are calculated and recorded in the object data space of the RTO, this process is repeated according to the simulation cycle and then terminated. Therefore, it is possible to simulate a process in which the rolled material is rolled while passing through the rolling process system in real time. As a result, the present invention can be simulated in real time in synchronization with time constraints using a real time clock, and the model can be changed and distributed to multiple computers.
