HYBRIDOMA AND ITS MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY CONTROLLING THE FUNCTION OF HUMAN NATURAL KILLER CELL

PURPOSE: Provided is a monoclonal antibody which recognizes specifically a human natural killer cell related to various diseases and controls the proliferation of the cell. Therefore, the antibody is very useful in treating diseases like cancer. CONSTITUTION: The monoclonal antibody controlling human natural killer cell K562 is obtained by the following steps of: i) immunizing a mouse with cell K562; ii) obtaining a mouse spleen cell and mixing with SP2/0-Ag14 cell line in a ratio of 5:1; iii) centrifuging the mixture for 5 minutes to obtain cell pellets; iv) cultivating the pellets in a plate at 37 deg.C in the presence of CO2; v) selecting a fused cell through ELISA method; and vi) separating monoclonal antibodies from the fused cell and purifying the antibodies.
