PURPOSE: A device using an optical sensor for sensing an existing of opening and closing of a flip and a transmitting and receiving process method thereof are provided to embody easily, and to increase a reliability by confirming the existing of opening and closing of the flip through an usage of the optical sensor. CONSTITUTION: On the occasion of opening of a flip, an optical sensor(30) senses an input of light, and generates a voltage pertinent to a light strength. An optical sensor signal process part(15) generates a low signal or a high signal after receiving the voltage which is same and bigger than a reference voltage. After this, a control part(10) receives the low signal or the high signal, and forms a channel according to a fixed operation program stored at a memory(20) by controlling a transmit part(60), a receipt part(70), and a signal process part(90). On the occasion of closing of the flip, because the optical sensor signal process part(15) outputs no signal.
