YELLOW EARTH PROCESSING METHOD AND FLOOR DECORATIONS HAVING PROCESSED YELLOW EARTH LAYER

PURPOSE: A method for processing ocher and a floor decorating materials, which contains an ocher layer harmless to human body by eliminating components harmful to human body from the ocher when processing the ocher and has high far-infrared rays radiating effect by adding other materials having far-infrared rays radiating effect to the ocher, are provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) primarily dry-decomposing natural ocher; (ii) calcining the ocher at a temperature of 1,300-1,600deg.C to perish microorganisms and control the moisture content of the ocher; (iii) wet-pulverizing the calcined ocher and drying the pulverized ocher; (iv) secondarily pulverizing the dried ocher and drying the ocher under sun to disinfect impurities; and (v) ultra-fine pulverizing the ocher to have particle size of 30-50micrometer. The floor decorating materials comprises a coated layer(10), a transparent layer(20), a printed layer(30), a foam layer(40), an impregnated layer(50), a rear side layer(60) and a lower part coated layer(70), where the foam layer(40) and the lower part coated layer(70) contain 1-50% of the processed ocher soil and further contain 0.1-15% of germanium, 0.1-1% of jade and 0.1-15% of elvan.
