MODE CHANGING METHOD OF BTS FAULT MANAGEMENT BY MMC

PURPOSE: A method for switching a mode of processing an error in a base station, using an MMC(Man Machine Control), is provided to enable a package to be switched to another package in response to an one-time command in a system that operates more than two types of base stations which have their own modes. CONSTITUTION: An operator inputs an instruction for setting a mode of a corresponding base station. An error-processing block that operates in a base station management system reports a message to the base station. The base station converts its mode to the set mode, and then sends a message responsive to the instruction to the error-processing block. The error-processing block receives the response message from the base station, and outputs a result message to the base station management system. The set mode represents a type of each base station.
