METHOD OF OUTPUTTING ABBREVIATED DIAL INFORMATION TO THE INFORMATION DESK IN THE DIGITAL SWITCHING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for outputting abbreviated dial information through an operator system of a full electronic exchange is provided to integrate CENTREX(Centralized Exchange) groups into one super group in order to share abbreviated dial information of every CENTREX group included in the super group, and to register a representative operator system in a specific CENTREX group included in the super group in order to confirm abbreviated dial information of the CENTREX groups included in an identical super group through the corresponding operator system. CONSTITUTION: Many groups are integrated into one super group, and a representative operator system is registered in one of the groups included in the super group. If output of abbreviated dial information registered in another group is requested from the representative operator system, whether the selected group is included in an identical super group with the corresponding representative operator system is decided. If included, whether abbreviated dial information is registered in the corresponding group. If registered, abbreviated dial information registered in the corresponding group is collected, and output to the corresponding representative operator system.
