PURPOSE: A method for adhering a liquid antibacterial agent to underwear texture and an antibacterial underwear using the same are provided, which is characterized by eradication of harmful bacteria, radiation of far infrared ray, improved wearing property, decreased production cost and decreased feeding cost. CONSTITUTION: The antibacterial underwear is obtained by a process containing the steps of: (the first mixing)mixing 45-55wt.% of PVC powder(polyvinyl chloride), 32-26wt.% of DOP(phthalic acid dioctyl) and 23-19wt.% of pigment extracted from a white stone to prepare the first mixture; (the second mixing)mixing 65-85wt.% of the first mixture and 35-15wt.% of the antibacterial agent(liquid superCERA-2001), followed by stirring for 20-40minutes to prepare the second mixture; (the third mixing)mixing 80-92wt.% of the second mixture and 20-8wt.% of bio-ceramic powder to prepare a coating agent; coating the coating agent on the inside of the underwear texture; and then blowing hot wind on the coated texture at 100-120deg.C for 3-10minutes, so hardening the coating agent. The hemi-spherical antibacterial agent(2) is hardened and adhered on the inside of the underwear texture. Many antibacterial agents(2) form pattern.
