摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a fluorescent layer for cathode ray tube and a cathode ray tube equipped with a face plate formed with a fluorescent layer thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by decreasing the number of manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: The first color filter layer(24a) is formed on an inner face of a face plate(21). The first color fluorescent layer(23a) is formed on the first color filter layer(24a). A protective resin layer is applied and dried on the first color fluorescent layer(23a). The second color filter layer(24b) is formed on the protective resin layer. The second color fluorescent layer(23b) is formed on the second color filter layer(24b). The third fluorescent layer(23c) is formed on the second color fluorescent layer(23b).
