PURPOSE: A message converting method is provided to simplify the presentation of the management data collecting device for the mobile communication system of the TMN agent and to improve the stability and the reliability of the collecting action. CONSTITUTION: The management data collecting method of the mobile communication system includes the steps of: defining the interface message for mapping the management data collected from a base station manager(BSM) of the mobile communication system to the management data which the Telecommunication Management network(TMN) can recognize; and setting the data communication channel between the base station manager and the TMN agent by initializing the interlocking unit of the base station manager for interlocking with the base station manager and by driving the TMN interlocking unit for interlocking with the TMN agent(20).
