PURPOSE: A process for preparing the titled embroidery necktie by embroidering after polyvinyl is supported on the front face and rear face of raw material of a necktie and ironing to cure the polyvinyl is provided which enables an embroidery necktie to maintain its shape permanently. CONSTITUTION: This embroidery necktie is manufactured by a process consisting of: laminating nonwoven fabrics (14), the lower part of polyvinyl (13), necktie raw material (12) and the upper part of polyvinyl (11) in regular order; embroidering the laminated necktie material with embroidery yarns (15, 15 ); removing the nonwoven fabrics from the embroidered necktie material, removing polyvinyl of the unembroidered part and curing polyvinyl between the embroidery yarn and the necktie raw material.
