APPARATUS FOR RECOVERING GRAVELS AND SANDS FROM WASTE READY-MIXED CONCRETE

PURPOSE: A device for recycling for selecting an aggregate of a waste ready mixed concrete is provided to supply a recycled aggregate of the high quality by improving function of working and making the area of installation to minimum and lowering the water content. CONSTITUTION: The device for recycling for selecting the aggregate of the waste ready mixed concrete includes conveyers(20, 21), a cyclone(50), an oscillating enclosure(60), an oscillating motor(M), a spring(S), a lower fixed board(61) and screen sieves(62, 63). The conveyers(20, 21) convey selected pebbles and sand. The pump of the first sludge tank and the second sludge tank are connected to each pipe arrangement with the cyclone(50). The oscillating enclosure(60) is oscillated to the oscillating motor(M) by being geared to the lower fixed board(61) with the spring(S) between the waste ready mixed concrete conveying portion and the conveyers(20, 21). The screen sieves(62, 63) are installed in the oscillating enclosure(60).
