FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: hydrochlorination of unsaturated polymers is performed without use of free HCl in presence of three-component catalyst containing Fe(II) and Fe(III) salts, titanium metal, and polymer at ratio 1: (0.1-10): (0.1-100), source of HCl being methylene chloride or chloroform. Catalyst simultaneously promotes liberation of HCl from indicated compounds and hydrochlorination of double bonds in polymer chain. EFFECT: increased degree of hydrochlorination to 91%. 1 tbl, 2 ex
