FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has supporting platform having vertical uprights and horizontal bars movably mounted on base to enable oscillations to take place, and pendulum suspension unit having supporting platform mounted in its lower part for arranging bipedal or quadripedal mode of patient training by applying means for fastening extremities. Guiding rest members for fixing any segments of the locomotor apparatus to the members are movably mounted on bearing structure of the pendulum suspension unit. Pendulum suspension unit rotation axle is set between the bearing structure and the vertical uprights or horizontal bars of the base. The bearing structure of the pendulum suspension unit is manufactured as rectangular internal and external frameworks movably connected to each other with pendulum oscillation movements performable due to axles set between the external framework and the vertical uprights. Pendulum oscillations in horizontal plane are enabled by means of axles mounted between the external framework and the horizontal bars. The bearing structure of the pendulum suspension unit has two supporting rings attached to detachable connection unit. The bearing structure of the pendulum suspension unit has three supporting rings connected to each other by means of detachable connection unit. The bearing platform is mounted on the internal framework base. It has complex structure and is composed of two pedals joined by means of cylindrical hinge. Composite vertical bars of the internal framework have plane hinged connection units. Means for fastening lower extremities are ortheses mountable on the supporting platform. Training adjustment unit for removing muscle disbalance in the lower extremities is mounted on the supporting platform. Means for fastening the lower extremities are manufactured as ski shoes locking set mounted on the supporting platform. The device has pendulum suspension driver unit being electric motor connected to control and adjustment units. EFFECT: normalized reciprocal muscle relations in length and force. 13 cl, 17 dwg
