SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anesthesiological protection of brain in patients to be operated with brain tumors, chronic intracranial hematomas, aneurysm of intracerebral vessels. Method involves the use of synthetic opioid peptide dalargin in combination with different anesthetics. Dalargin is administrated as a bolus by intravenous route at the dose 1 mg for each 30 min during operation and beginning from the stage of dura matter opening.
