摘要

FIELD: methods and devices for production of pozzolans, synthetic blast-furnace slags, belite or alite clinkers and cast iron alloys from oxide chromous slags. SUBSTANCE: method includes reduction of oxide liquid slags with help of cast iron melt. Blown into cast iron melt with the aid of tuyeres is carbon for maintaining the carbon content within 2.5-4.6 wt.%. Height of cast iron melt is regulated within 300-1200 mm. Process is conducted in converter with bottom blowing. Converter in zone corresponding to desired height of cast iron melt is made with reduced cross-section area or narrowing. For determination of carbon concentration in cast iron melt, and/or slag temperature, and/or gas space, use is made of probe for registration of foam in the form of echo sounding monitor recording the noise level. EFFECT: simple and economic process using usual reactors ensuring efficient removal and its regulation of chromium. 17 cl, 3 dwg, 1 ex
