FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: collimation optical system has semiconductor lasers, lenses and family of prisms placed in sequence in path of rays. Ribs of refracting dihedral angles of prisms are oriented in parallel to planes of semiconductor junctions. Ribs of refracting dihedral angles of first and second prisms are located on different side with reference to laser beam. Parameters characterizing properties of optical system and material of prisms are interrelated by mathematical relation. EFFECT: provision for constancy of spatial position of output collimated beam under effect of reduced or increased ambient temperature. 1 dwg
