FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying surgical intervention in the area of pathological foci following by exposing the areas to pulsating light of semiconductor laser. Wavelength is 0.85-0.95 mcm. Power is 2-4 W at 0.08-0.1 kHz frequency. Exposure time reaches 120 s per one field. Treatment course is 5-15 procedures long. Carotid sinus zones and projections of large celiac blood vessels are irradiated in postoperative period, the former ones are to be irradiated from both sides. Power is 0.5-1.0 W. Frequency is 2-3 kHz. Exposure time is 60-120 s. The treatment course is 5-8 procedures long. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced number of complications.
