DETONATING CORD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF DETONATING CORD

FIELD: blasting works, in particular, setting of blasting system. SUBSTANCE: detonating cord is formed in situ and has explosive substance making core of cord and used in liquid aggregate state. Minimum diameter of core is up to 1 mm. Explosive is produced in situ by mixing liquid components in predetermined ratio. Method involves cutting waterproofing casing of required length, with material of casing being temporarily resistant to explosive components and to explosive substance itself; connecting one end of casing to discharge pipe of vessel with ready explosive substance in liquid aggregate state; filling casing with explosive substance by gravity or under low pressure while forcing out air from it; sealing free end of casing, when liquid appears in this end, and adding required amount of liquid explosive; disconnecting other end of casing from vessel pipe and sealing disconnected end of casing.
