SUBSTANCE: pipe filters, located at an angle to the slope and connected to a single main on the surface through a pipe, are covered by a layer of warmth-keeping jacket and collect ice-born water due to cryogenic heads arising at freezing of grounds of ice glade, as well as due to impossibility of free flow of underground water down slope, which is prevented by an impermeable curtain of clayish material in a trench behind the filters and clayish blind area on the surface.
