摘要
FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy; methods of reworking wastes in form of copper-and-lead matte, drosses and speisses obtained in blast and electrothermal melting of ores and lead and copper wastes, at fire refining of lead from copper, tin and antimony. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes melting of starting material together with carbon reductant in melt of alkali or alkali-earth metals when ground matte is loaded together with reductant in carbonate melt and is reduced at temperature of 890 to 950 C, after which complex alloy containing non-ferrous metals is separated from carbonate melt and is cooled down to temperature of 700 to 715 C obtaining semi-products in form of black lead and copper-based alloying composition; after extraction of complex alloy, charge loading procedure is periodicals repeated. Amount of reductant is equal to 5 to 10% of mass of matte; matte is ground to size of 0.01 to 8.0 mm; mass of matte per charge ranges from 0.15 to 0.25 of mass of carbonate melt. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of reworking of copper-and-lead wastes; reduced amount of slag, possibility of production of alloy rich in copper, tin and antimony and suitable for production of alloys, such and babbitt and bronze. 3 cl, 1 tbl, 3 ex
