FIELD: power transmission lines and equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices providing normal functioning of high-voltage automatic block lines laid near electrified railways. Proposed device designed for reducing electromagnetic influence and provided with series-connected phase shifter and regulated source has voltage pickup responding to changes of amplitude and phase of contact system and supplying the signals to phase shifter. Zero-sequence filter connected to three-phase three-wire network exposed to electromagnetic influence. Zero sequence compensation is provided by connecting output circuit of regulated source between filter zero point and earth. Device features increased efficiency of reduction of induced voltage. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation of insulated-neutral lines. 1 dwg
