TECHNIQUE OF CLEANING OF STRING OF TUBING STRING WHEN OIL IS PRODUCED BY MECHANIZED PROCESS

FIELD: gas and oil production. SUBSTANCE: flying scraper and electric centrifugal pump are included in circuit of oil production by mechanized process. Scraper placed on stop anchor presents in its lower position string separator shutting off flow area of tubing string. Moving upwards to well-head with flow of fluid scraper cleans walls of tubing string from paraffin-and-resin deposits when submersible electric centrifugal pump is switched on. In extreme upper position scraper is divided into two parts, each part individually does not shut off flow area of tubing string. These two parts are lowered on stop anchor with rate of fall in flow of fluid of lower part being higher owing to chosen sections. Being dropped on stop anchor these two part unit and shut off again flow area of tubing string. EFFECT: effective employment of production capabilities of well, reduced expenses for oil production related to dewaxing of tubing string. 1 dwg
