METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF DELAY PERIOD IN VOICE SIGNAL DECODER UPON INTERMITTENT TRANSMISSION, AND VOICE SIGNAL DECODER AND TRANSCEIVER

FIELD: communication equipment. SUBSTANCE: communication system uses intermittent transmission device between transmitting device and receiving device. Intermittent transmission has sequence of frame periods, some of which contain frames to be transmitted, and some of which lack transmission. Thus, method involves generation of information transmission periods, which have at least one frame and contain information which is transmitted by user to said transmitter device, and silence periods, which duration is equal to at least one frame period and which contain information which is different from information which is transmitted by user. In addition, intermittent transmission has T period irregularity, which has at least one frame between information transmission period and subsequent silence period. Irregular period provide delay period for detection of information which concerns silence period. Number of frame period is counted in receiver until specific moment. Then, start of said silence period is detected and said counted number of frame periods and start of silence period provide information for decision whether delay period belongs to said type or not between said information transmission period and silence period after information transmission period.
